The draws for the first leg of the Carabao Cup and the Bristol Street Motors Trophy group stage will be live on Sky Sports on Thursday 27 June.

The draw for the first leg of the Carabao Cup will take place on Thursday 27 June at 11.30am, live on Sky Sports News.

35 matches will be drawn in the first round draw featuring 70 EFL clubs including newly promoted Chesterfield and Bromley.

Burnley, Luton Town and the 13 teams not competing in Europe in the Premier League will join the competition in the second round, with the remaining seven Premier League clubs joining in the third round.

The first round draw will see teams drawn from the North and South sections, with matches scheduled to take place in the week commencing August 12.

Bristol Street Motors Trophy

The first round draw for the Bristol Street Motors Trophy will be live on Sky Sports News at 2.30pm on Thursday 27 June.

The 16 invited U21 teams will be placed in their North and South groups, with the 48 EFL clubs placed in predetermined groups prior to the draw. Consideration has been given to ensure that travel time is minimized and recovery time is maximized for players.

All EFL clubs will play two of the three home games in the group stage, with under-21s playing away in all three.
