A man has died in an alleyway in Bristol city centre

An inquest has been launched after a man died in an alleyway in Bristol city centre. Emergency services were called to Strada Mică in the early hours of this morning (Friday, June 21), where paramedics had treated a man in a “critical condition”.

Officers were sent at around 5.40am to assist the South West Ambulance Service at the scene. Paramedics were treating a man who was found sick in an alley just off the road. Unfortunately, he was pronounced dead at the scene.




Little Street has been closed and police remain at the scene this morning. Avon and Somerset Police are treating the man’s death as unexplained at this time and are making inquiries to inform next of kin.
