Leeds United have made an interesting transfer announcement to solve the Summerville and Rutter issue

Leeds United would sign an “exciting” talent who could help fill the potential void left by Crysencio Summerville or Georginio Rutter’s exit if they strengthen their interest in Coventry City’s Callum O’Hare.

That’s the verdict of former Aston Villa, Tottenham and Rangers defender Alan Hutton, who worked with a young O’Hare at Villa Park. Daniel Farke is looking at a number of options in the summer transfer market but knows he may have to replace some key players before deadline day.

Summerville and Rutter could be two of those to be sold as the Whites look to make inroads into their financial shortfalls, with Italian winger Willy Gnonto also linked with a move. It means Farke could be looking for some creative options before the start of the season, with Coventry playmaker O’Hare one of those identified as potential targets.

“He fits what Leeds like, he’s an exciting player,” he told Football Insider. “Especially if they lose someone like Summerville or Rutter, who could also leave this summer.
