Good Morning Britain co-host Kate Garraway steps in after having a ‘breakdown’ on air

Good Morning Britain’s Kate Garraway was hysterical when she revealed she had a ‘breakdown’ on air.

The broadcaster hosted today’s edition of the ITV news program alongside Adil Ray. The two covered the biggest news of the day in the latest packed episode.

However, Kate was forced to come clean to viewers after they returned to the studio. She began styling her hair as she joked, “I had a hair crisis.

– I’ll be honest. Adil jumped to his aid as he said, “Let me check that hair now. Yes, it seems to be normal.”

Kate explained why she felt she needed an emergency air change as she laughed: ‘People say my hair looks sweaty and it freaks me out for a second. But I’m back, with news and politics now.”

Kate regularly shares updates with her Instagram followers and revealed she is Friday’s GMB leader in an update published last night. The broadcaster posted a short clip of her tending the garden at her home as she said: ‘This vine was here before we moved in and doesn’t seem to know I’m her best friend – just trying to law wires, so that they do not drive the neighbors crackers that spill over to their side.

“I love this time of year – it’s like life is exploding all around. The flowers are budding and blooming and of course so are the weeds (but then you know I love weeds – I think of them as clues as to which plants are the most successful in my little plot) I had the most incredible hours of bathing in that force of life, almost drowned, but see you tomorrow on @gmb from 6am.
